Digital Products
All of our products are digital downloads (PDF files) and are delivered electronically. Because digital items cannot be returned once downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:
If you purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
If the file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and our support team is unable to provide you with a working version.
If required by applicable consumer protection laws.
